PTA Newsletters

PTA Update:

Just a quick reminder that prize donations for the Easter Raffle can be bought in and left in the entrance hall from Monday.

We kindly request that every parent brings in a prize donation per child they have at the school, so we can ensure there are no sad faces on the day of the draw. We want to make sure that every child goes home with something. For those of us with more than one child at St Anne’s it’s time to hunt out those BOGOFF offers!

Easter eggs are always popular with the children but we would also welcome non edible prizes. Can we ask that these are non gender specific and suitable for all ages as we cannot guarantee who gets what.

PTA Update:

The sun is/was shining, the daffodils are out and it is nearly time for the PTA Easter Raffle.

Tickets are £1 and the children are limited to 1 ticket each. All money raised will go to the PTA and every child who takes part will receive a prize.

This year could we ask that all children bring a pound to buy their tickets on Wednesday 22nd March. We will visit each classroom that afternoon to sell the children their tickets directly. The draw is being held in school on Tuesday 28th March.

Once again we kindly request the donation of prizes from all parents so we can ensure every child goes home with something.

Easter eggs are obviously incredibly popular but non-edible prizes would be very welcome too, although please ensure these are suitable for all age groups KG1-YR6 as we cannot guarantee who gets what.

PTA Update:

As we all know the Summer term is on its way and the children need to come back to school after the Easter Break in summer uniform. That means it’s Blazer time! To help get you all ready we are holding an extra uniform sale on the last day of term (29th March at 12.30pm) we have a good selection of blazers and other uniform so don’t miss it.

Please note this will be a uniform sale only not a cake/book sale.

WOW – The Quiz night was a really fun evening and a great success raising £320 for the PTA which is fantastic.

Thanks to everyone who came, everyone who donated raffle prizes and the team that helped organise put the whole thing together.

A huge special thank you to Emilie, Adam and the Orange Tree, for their amazing hospitality and for writing the Quiz; and of course to our very own quiz master James who did an absolutely brilliant job. Thank you

What’s coming next? – The Easter Raffle – details will be coming out next week so keep your eye out for them.
